Signature Classes - Beginner/ intermediate

A 50 minute Reformer Pilates class designed to challenge and stimulate you both mentally and physically. You'll leave fully energised and inspired to train at your best. Delivering all the benefits of traditional Pilates from core strength, flexibility and spinal mobility, combined with high intensity resistance training that will strengthen and tone, this class will help improve athletic performance, posture, mind-body connection, balance and aid injury recovery.

Foundations Reformer Pilates – Beginners

Gentle Foundations Reformer Pilates is the perfect introduction to Reformer Pilates, designed specifically for beginners. This class focuses on teaching the fundamental principles of Pilates, including proper form, breathwork, and alignment. With a slower pace and easy-to-follow instructions, you’ll learn how to safely and effectively use the Reformer machine while building a strong foundation for future practice.
